At Auralixis S.A.S. (hereinafter "Auralixis", "we", or "the Platform"), with legal domicile at Av. del Libertador 6250, Floor 8, C1428ARO, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, we are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our users in accordance with Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001.
1. Data we collect
We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide when registering or contacting us: full name, email address, phone number, and any additional information included in the contact form. Additionally, we automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, and cookie data in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your data to: manage your account and participation in real estate investment projects; respond to inquiries and requests through the contact form; send you information about new projects and investment opportunities (only with your prior consent); comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations applicable in Argentina; improve our services and the user experience on the platform; and prevent fraud and ensure the security of operations.
3. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your personal data is based on: your free and informed consent when using our services; the execution of the contractual relationship between you and Auralixis; compliance with legal obligations before bodies such as the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP), the General Inspection of Justice (IGJ), and other competent authorities; and our legitimate interest in improving the platform and preventing fraudulent activities.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share information with: technology service providers operating under confidentiality agreements (hosting, analytics, email services); judicial or administrative authorities when there is a formal legal requirement; and strategic partners linked to investment projects, exclusively to the extent necessary for the execution of the operation.
5. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to: access your stored personal data; request the correction of inaccurate data; request the deletion of your data when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected; object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes; and revoke the consent given at any time. The National Directorate for Personal Data Protection (Agency for Access to Public Information), as the supervisory body, has the authority to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and periodic security audits.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and for any additional periods required by applicable Argentine regulations (in particular, tax and accounting obligations that require record keeping for a minimum of 10 years).
